Premium Times is an award-winning Nigerian online newspaper, founded in 2011 and based in Abuja. Published by Dapo Olorunyomi, who also serves as its editor-in-chief, Premium Times has consistently pushed the boundaries of journalism in Nigeria. Its impactful reporting has earned it numerous accolades, including a Pulitzer Prize (as part of an international consortium that investigated the Panama Papers in 2017) and the Global Shining Light Award (for its investigative work on extrajudicial killings in Nigeria’s South-East, also in 2017).
